• This policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains what information Orchard EdTech Corporation and its subsidiaries (“Orchard EdTech Corporation”) or our associates or our service providers (including Business Partners of Orchard EdTech Corporation) collect from or about users of the Orchard EdTech Corporation website, including any content Orchard EdTech Corporation may provide through the websites (collectively, the “Orchard EdTech Corporation WEBSITES”), the Orchard EdTech Corporation, or any other services that Orchard EdTech Corporation may provide through the Orchard EdTech Corporation Websites (collectively, the “Services Offerings”), our eCommerce services, our web services, our mobile applications, and other interactions (e.g., customer service inquiries, product inquiries, user conferences etc.), and states our practices regarding such information.
